6th Floor Museum Talk

     Marian Ann Montgomery, Director of Interpretation at the 6th Floor Museum in Dallas, spoke to assembled Friends on Friday, February 23 in the main reading room of the Library. Her talk, The Kennedy Assassination: The Fort Worth Connection, described the often overlooked details of the Kennedy’s visit to Fort Worth. The presentation was augmented with rarely seen slide images taken by Fort Worth photographer, Gene Gordon, showing the arrival at Carswell on the evening of November 21st and breakfast the morning of November 22. She also referred to the organization of the Museum, its audience and the continuing pursuit of exhibit materials.
