Texas Christian University is situated to the west of Interstate 35 and to the south of Interstate 30. University Drive, a main thoroughfare which runs north to south and intersects I-30, divides the campus.

The Mary Couts Burnett Library is located on the east side of University Drive between Brite Divinity School and Winton-Scott Hall, along Lowden Street.

Visitor parking is available to the east of the library on Lubbock Street. Visitors should get a visitor parking pass from the TCU Police Department on Lubbock north of W. Berry before parking in the visitor parking lot.
