NEW TITLES, NEW RESPONSIBILITIES
Bob Seal, University Librarian
since 1994, was made Dean of the Library on June 1st. 1n this position
he reports directly to Provost Nowell Donovan. Among other title changes,
Dr. June Koelker, former Associate University Librarian, was appointed
Associate Dean of the Library.
In the spring Bob was also elected to a six-year term on the Board of
Trustees of OCLC (Ohio Online Computer Library). Founded in 1967 to allow
academic institutions in Ohio to share resources, the organization has
grown to become an international network serving more than 45,000 libraries
of all types in the United States and 84 countries around the world
