During his tenure at TCU, Roger worked with some wonderful people on library staff, two University Librarians, Paul Parham
and Dr. Fred Heath, and two Library Deans, Robert “Bob” Seal and Dr. June Koelker. In addition, there have been four TCU
Chancellors: Moudy, Tucker, Ferrari and Boschini.

“ I have worked with a combination of some very eccentric and some not so eccentric people, and it worked,” says Roger. “I am
happy to have had the relationships and special experiences with these delightful people over the years.”

After 37 successful years at Texas Christian University, Roger looks forward to doing a whole lot of nothing, just relaxing. He also
looks forward to spending more time reading. We at the Mary Couts Burnett Library are indebted to Roger for his deep expertise
and dedicated service and wish him the very best in this next chapter of his life.
